The casual Operator at Hurstville Golf Course assists in the daily maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, ensuring it meets the highest standards of playability and aesthetic appeal. Reporting to the Senior Operations Leader, the Operator performs a range of tasks supporting our Green Keepers, including: turf management, equipment operation, and general labor, while adhering to health and safety protocols. This role is key to maintaining the overall presentation of our premium sporting facilities. 

 

About The Opportunity

  • Casual opportunity up to 36 hours per week.
  • Salary from $29.17 - $33.31 per Hour plus 25% casual loading and 11.5% superannuation 

 

Qualifications, Certificates & Licences

  • Construction Induction (White Card).
  • Class C Drivers Licence and own transport.

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Competency in the use and maintenance of specialised gold course equipment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the best practice in Work, Health and Safety.
  • Exceptional eye for detail across all facets of golf course management.

 

Other Desirable Attributes 

  • Experience in golf course maintenance is preferred.
