Salary Range: $36 - $41 per hour (including 25% casual loading) + superannuation
We are currently seeking a casual Supply Officer for our Coolah Depot, to provide a quality stores and warehousing service to Council, providing stores and supply assistance to all Departments, and ensure the physical count of all stores items are in agreement with computer tally. This will involve maintaining store cleanliness and security, preparing purchase orders, ordering, receiving and issuing goods, maintaining stock levels, maintaining records including inventory.
This role is based at the Coolah Depot and will involve early starts as the Supply Officer is required to be onsite to ensure Council staff can obtain the equipment needed for the day. Hours are expected to be Monday to Friday, starting at 6:15am. Some flexibility may be available regarding days and finish times.
To be successful, you will need to have a positive attitude, experience in a stores/warehouse environment and a Forklift licence. Multitasking, time management skills and the ability to deal with challenging situations are essential for this position.

Selection criteria include:
- High level accuracy in data entry / checking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to use financial software and/or purchasing software
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Forklift licence
- Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve required outcomes
- Experience storing and handling hazardous chemicals
- Previous stores or other relevant experience
