About the role
The Office of the Lord Mayor is seeking to appoint a Business Support Officer to join the Executive Support team to provide high level and efficient administrative support to the Office of the Lord Mayor. The role is part time two days a week.
You will support the effective and efficient workflow of administration and play a key role in developing and maintaining accurate and quality records.
The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience, ideally working in Administration or Business Management in a high-pressure local government environment. You will have experience in managing competing priorities, achieving tasks within strict timeframes with limited supervision and highly developed written and oral communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
