Your Role as a Civil Driver/Labourer
As a Civil Driver/Labourer, you will be the backbone of our Civil Operations team, driving heavy vehicles and undertaking essential maintenance and construction tasks. Your efforts will directly contribute to the upkeep of our roads and stormwater infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency for all users.
This role is not just about driving; it’s about being a proactive team member who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, from operating machinery to performing labour-intensive tasks. With every journey, you'll be equipped to identify improvements, uphold safety standards, and deliver high-quality work.
Are You the Right Fit?
If you possess a passion for hands-on work, we want to hear from you! We are looking for candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves and embrace the following:
- Construction induction card (white card) and Traffic Controller Licence.
- Class MR Licence (or higher) with a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Previous experience in labouring and operating light to medium rigid trucks.
Your experience in the construction industry, along with skills in concrete finishing or bricklaying, will elevate your application. We value decision-making, critical thinking, and effective communication skills, as these qualities enable you to navigate your responsibilities with confidence and clarity.

- Package: From $59,723 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent full time : 38 hours per week 9-day fortnight
