About the role
This is a permanent, part-time position working a minimum of 17.5 hours per week. You will be servicing a range of council facilities across the Northern Shoalhaven.

Duties
Reporting directly to the Team Leader – Cleaning Services, the focus of this position is to:

- Exhibits positive behaviours by showing initiative, taking responsibility for own actions and referring issues of ethics and probity.
- Impacts on the external image and perception of Council with regards to customer service and workplace behaviour.
- To ensure Council facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
- To provide Council employees and the general public with a clean and healthy work environment.
- Undertake cleaning requirements of the Council as directed by the Cleaning Services Team Leader.
Skills & Experience
In order to be successful in the position, you will possess:

- Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and/or 2 years demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial cleaning.
- Current National WHS Construction Card (SafeWork NSW).
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
