Is this the role for you?

• Willingness to learn concrete construction techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending, and working in all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully, ensuring high-quality work and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others on the job site.
• Basic communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to identify issues and assist in resolving them in a safe and efficient manner. 

Essential criteria 

• Completion of year 10 schooling education 
• Ability to undertake manual labour and work in a physically demanding environment.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn on the job

Desirable criteria 

• Experience or interest in concrete construction or roadworks
• Traffic control certification (may be obtained during the trainee role)
• A valid Driver’s Licence

Salary details 

Salary from: $24,429 to $62,358 pa + 11.5% superannuation + $1,000 transport allowance pa

Uniform Provided 

76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off
