We are seeking an experienced and professional Information Communication Technology Coordinator.

In this role here are some of your accountabilities:

• Guide and mentor the Business Systems team and to deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the organisation
• Oversee and direct the Business Systems functions, including providing strategic direction to achieve optimal efficiency, productivity, and service excellence
• Motivate the team to deliver agreed outcomes and enhance overall performance through effective leadership and continuous improvement
• Coordinate strategic and operating initiatives, budget control, scheduling, and related activities to ensure service levels are consistently met and maintained
• Liaise effectively with business sections to identify needs, understand their business, and help achieve outcomes

Our preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualification and skillset:

• Tertiary qualification in a Business, IT or Systems discipline and/or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating an ICT support team to provide excellent customer service with a focus on continual service improvement
• High level ability in planning, prioritising and achieving outcomes to deadlines and within budget
• Considerable experience in IT application systems development, implementation and support including experience in the use of Technology One system
