We deliver 28 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres to over 380,000 residents.

CBCity is seeking a passionate and strategic team leader to step into the role of Coordinator Culture & Change. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of specialists in cultivating a workplace culture where people feel engaged, empowered, and connected to our Purpose "Together, we create a great city we love" and our Ambition to “Create a community that loves their community”.

 

In this role, you’ll drive engagement, leadership, change and internal communications initiatives that bring our culture to life. From leading organisational change to shaping employee engagement strategies, you’ll play a key role in embedding people-focused programs that enhance performance, collaboration, and organisational effectiveness.

 

This is a full-time temporary position for a two-year term.

 

Duties will include but not be limited to:

 

  • Lead, coach and develop the Culture & Change team achieve strategic objectives;
  • Drive organisational wide employee engagement, change management and leadership programs;
  • Provide expert advice on culture, organisational development and engagement strategies;
  • Lead key elements of CBCity’s Workforce Strategy and the People Transformation Delivery Plan;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives, to embed bet practice organisational development strategies.

You will have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning, Business, Organisational Culture or related discipline and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience leading culture, engagement, change management and leadership initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A passion for creating positive, high-performing workplace cultures.
  • C Class Driver’s Licence.

 

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $122,553 (Grade J, Step 1) + 11.5% super. Salary is negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
