The Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and based in Windsor NSW, this position is the leading role in the implementation of best practice procurement and contract management practices. The Coordinator partners with all business units to provide guidance and support in procurement, tendering and contract management functions in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
About You
You will have the demonstrated ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements relating to procurement. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are adept in all areas of procurement including strategic procurement and tendering processes especially relating to Civil Construction, Roads and Buildings.
Essential Criteria
- Relevant Procurement Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience within a procurement function in a multi-purpose organisation
- Demonstrated experience in all procurement functions
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and contract performance management
- Demonstrated experience leading staff
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
