About the role
We’re looking for passionate Crèche Assistants to join our wonderful team!
Engage with children aged 12 weeks to 8 years by providing high quality supervision in a safe and fun environment at the Cannington and Riverton Leisureplex Crèche facilities.

A snapshot of your new role:
- Providing quality supervision of children aged 12 weeks through to 8 years
- Ensure all children are registered by a parent/guardian on arrival
- Assist children with creative activities, games, and eating and drinking
- Attend to children’s toiletry needs including changing of nappies, as required
- Ensure the crèche office, toilets and facilities are clean and orderly, and all toys and play equipment are sanitised regularly
Applicants must be available to work across both Riverton & Cannington Leisureplexes.

Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a children’s crèche or childcare centre
- Current Working with Children Check (your application must include your WWC number)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current “C” class driver’s licence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) is desirable
- A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their development in a safe and engaging environment.
