Description
Are you a team player who is motivated and proactive to engage with our community and customers to provide timely and courteous support services? We currently have a new and exciting opportunity within our Customer Service Team, for both a permanent full-time and casual Customer Service Officers.
You will create a positive relationship in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority to internal and external customers for a range of enquiries through telephone, over the counter and written enquiries.

- Permanent full-time opportunity, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Standard hours are 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (with a one hour break)
- Commencing salary range from $60,556 - $63,002 gross per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
- Casual positions also available, commencing salary of $41.59 per hour (includes casual loading) plus 11.5% superannuation
