Title: Customer Service Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $72148.35 to $83848.38 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Represent Council in a positive and professional manner to enhance the customer focused image of Council.
- Work as part of the Customer Service team by providing service to the community via phone, face to face and in writing; accurately processing payments, applications and customer requests.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Customer Service procedures.

We’re looking for a service-oriented person to join our Customer Service team. You’ll bring enthusiasm and a passion for high quality customer service to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
