The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to lead the provision of customer services provided through BVSC’s Call Centre and frontline service area.
As Customer Service Team Leader, you will supervise the day-to-day activities, delivery and performance of the Customer Service team. You will review and recommend improvements in the provision of customer service across the organisation as well as coordinate and manage front counter operations.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV in a discipline related to the position and has a current NSW Class C Drivers License.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service delivery.
- Experience in leading small teams.
- Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to relate to stakeholders (staff and customers) at all levels.
- Three (3) years’ recent experience in the administration of a customer service or call centre area (indicative).
Benefits
This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $84,731.97 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1461.40 per week base salary
- $168.06 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
