Title: Digital & Content Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $89907.72 to $104487.69 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
Are you a creative communicator and eager to make a difference? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced digital and content officer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating, managing and distributing content across multiple digital platforms and channels, providing accurate, clear and concise information to enhance the customer experience and support the customer service team.
The key focus areas of this role include:
• Develop and deliver content for our online help portal, knowledge base, FAQs and other digital platforms, to improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage team communications and updates to our after-hours service, collaborating with the leadership team and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify information, to deliver timely and relevant updates.
• Monitor customer feedback and behaviour, providing regular qualitative analytical reporting detailing trends and improvement opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to support the ongoing digital transformation of council services, systems, and processes, to deliver community outcomes.
• Create and manage detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources needed, to support the team in achieving team and organisational objectives.
About you:
What you will bring to our team:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant experience in digital content creation and management across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
