The Opportunities

We have multiple opportunities for compassionate individuals to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation, and implementation of programs for children and families. 

As Early Childhood Educators, you will play a key part in fostering a positive learning environment by enhancing both the educational program and the aesthetic surroundings. You will ensure that all concerns, complaints, and significant issues affecting the operation, children, families, and staff are documented and reported, while adhering to established protocols and procedures.

About You

We are seeking individuals who hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (equivalent or willing to obtain) and has a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

You will have the following skills and experience;

  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and others in the community.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children’s wellbeing and learning.
  • Current first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma management qualification.

Benefits

These are permanent full time positions working 38 hours per week. There may also be the possibility for part-time/job-share arrangements, fixed term arrangements and casual employment.

The total remuneration package for this position commences at $61,203.69 gross per annum, comprising of:

  • $1,055.60 per week base salary
  • $121.39 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
