Position Overview
- Lead the delivery of high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-6 years.
- Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and promote best practises in early childhood education.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a passionate and qualified individual who is committed to early childhood education and fostering children's development and who meets the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid Qualification
- Current Child Protection Training
- Working With Children Check Clearance
- Current National Education Standards Association (NESA) Teacher Accreditation Registration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in leading educational programs and mentoring staff
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, possess excellent planning and programming skills, and have the ability to create a supportive and enriching environment for children and families.

- Package: $91,120 - $96,591 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Multiple opportunities exist. Temporary and permanent, part-time and full-time. Applicants must be available to work a range of shifts, between the hours of 6:00am - 7:00pm to support the operational requirements of the centres.
