Description

The purpose of this position is to establish, develop and maintain the early childhood curriculum and educational program activities for children in the 0–6-year-old age group consistent with expectations under the early years learning framework.

What this role looks like:

  • Actively supervise children and ensure their wellbeing.
  • Assume responsibility as educational leader consistent with national expectations.
  • Assume responsibility as 'responsible officer' as needed in the absence of the centre director. Develop and maintain positive customer relations with enrolled families.
  • Develop, review, and maintain curriculum activities exceeding the national quality standards.

What are we seeking in our new team member:

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and care
  • First Aid – Education and Care Setting; and CPR
  • Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW.
