We deliver 28 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres to over 380,000 residents. 

The role
CBCity are looking for an experienced EDRMS Specialist to ensure the effective and compliant management of electronic records within the organisation. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, functional support and ongoing management of the electronic document records management system (EDRMS). To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of electronic records management principles, legislation, and industry best practices.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead SharePoint EDRMS Operations to ensure optimal performance and accessibility of the SharePoint EDRMS on a daily basis.
  • Comprehensive EDRMS Management to oversee end-to-end EDRMS management including review and recommending structures, resolving EDRMS related issues, conducting regular system audits, and providing training to staff. 
  • System Enhancements by implementing system enhancements and updates as required to maintain system efficiency and security.
  • Procedure Development in developing and maintain comprehensive EDRMS procedures and guidelines aligned with our Policies and regulations and ensure implementation of best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration with work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement process or architectural improvements.
  • Data Integrity by ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Records Lifecycle Management with implementing and manage effective records lifecycle management processes, including creation, classification, retention, and disposal.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Records Management or other Information Management related area, or relevant extensive experience within a Records Management field. 
  • Proven experience in EDRMS implementation, administration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of records management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing records management.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint online and ideally using it as an EDRMS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The salary range for this opportunity starts from $90,858 + 11.5% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
