Full-Time

Total Package $73,776.89 per annum (inclusive of superannuation)

 

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of Employee Relations (ER)? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Employee Relations Administration Assistant to join our ER team. We provide Human Resources and Industrial Relations advisory, consultancy, and advocacy services to our Local Government members in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

As the Employee Relations Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the team, managing the administrative processes that keep our advisory service, and team running smoothly. Your role is crucial in ensuring we deliver exceptional ER services to the sector.
