Entry Pathways Program Support Officer

About the Opportunity

To support this mission, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Pathways Program Support Officer to join our People, Safety, and Performance team. Playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants in PMHC’s Entry Pathways Program, including apprentices, trainees, cadets, interns, and graduates. In this role, you will:

• Assist in the recruitment of participants by attending career fairs and educational events.
• Support onboarding, engagement activities, and act as a key contact for participants and their supervisors.
• Track and report on training progress, process financial claims, and ensure cohesive collaboration between stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions to expand program opportunities.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to the broader Shared Services Team.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• An understanding of the vocational education sector and framework.
• A Class C Driver’s Licence.

Remuneration and Benefits

Employment Type: Full time, Temporary (12 Months) 35 hours per week

Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,195.60 per week with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
