Executive Assistant to Director Asset Services

The focus of this role is to provide efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Director Asset Services and the Asset Services Team. Core responsibilities include preparing documentation such as agendas and reports, proof reading, diary management (for the Director) and other general administrative duties. Attention to detail is a must.

To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria in your application (please limit your response to maximum three pages):

  1. High level of IT skills in the use of systems (especially computers and telecommunications) for storing, retrieving, sending information efficiently and ability to trouble-shoot technical problems
  2. Sound knowledge of office administration procedures
  3. Sound numeracy skills for an understanding of budgets
  4. Substantial experience in an administrative or clerical position to senior officers
  5. Extensive experience in a customer service delivery role

 

We are offering a gross salary range of $80,559 - $86,203 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) and:

  • 11.5% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
