About the role
This position is a permanent full-time role in the Community, Arts and Recreation team, based at the Moruya Administration Office. The successful candidate will provide executive support to the Director of Community Arts and Recreation Services.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing the Director’s diary and time and delivering high level organisation and administrative support to the Directorate.
- Delivering effective oral and written communication including; responding to telephone enquiries and preparing Council reports, correspondence, media releases and data records.
- Supporting and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships while coordinating administrative activities.
- Organising special events and meeting as required by the Director.
- Relieving the General Manager’s and Mayor’s Executive Assistants when required.
Salary Information
Total remuneration for the role is in the range $76,819.55 to $92,498.65 gross per annum consisting of:
- $68,896.46 to $82,958.43 base salary
- $7,923.09 to $9,540.22 superannuation (at 11.5%)
A satisfactory outcome as a result of a National Criminal History Record Check is required for appointment to this position.
