About the Role:
The Executive Assistant to CEO provides superior executive support which includes high quality, accurate and timely delivery of all facets of work within the Office of the Chief Executive so that their time is used efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible to effectively manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, while managing competing priorities effectively.
This role is required to have exceptional stakeholder management and diplomacy skills and demonstrated experience providing executive support at a senior management level.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications and / or substantial experience in senior executive assistant role
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience providing executive support at a senior management level
- Demonstrated ability working to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and diary management experience
- Ability to manage, and monitor workflow within a busy office while undertaking multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and judgement while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
