The Opportunity
As a Facilities Management Planner in the City of Perth, you will be responsible for the short-term and long-term property maintenance planning and scheduling. This position is key to driving operational excellence, optimising resource allocation, and executing precise planning to ensure our property portfolio runs seamlessly.
Reporting to the Contract Manager within our Properties team, your responsibilities would primarily include:
- Responsible for the operation of the Property Helpdesk;
- Preparation of planned preventative maintenance schedules for all City properties and facilities;
- Develop maintenance planning and scheduling processes for facilities maintenance; and
- Schedule resources, labour, materials, and access for preventative, planned and emergency maintenance works.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in facilities management, planning or a related field;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing planned preventative maintenance plans and schedules;
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components; and
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.
