What you need to know...

  • Permanent full time - 76 hours per fortnight
  • the package: $56,268 to $67,101 plus superannuation, per annum
  • location - Iluka
  • 9 day fortnight
  • access to fitness passport

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled team member to join the Iluka Open Spaces team as a Field Operator.

This role is responsible for the efficient operations, and maintenance of Council’s open spaces, parks, and reserves. Key responsibilities include gardening and general Open Spaces maintenance of the parks and reserves of Iluka and Woombah. You will play a key role in shaping the open spaces and be part of a team that transforms the natural landscape and creates spaces everyone can enjoy.

Other important information

This position is located at Council's Iluka Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
