Title: Field Supervisor - Maintenance, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week

Salary Range: $83247.74 to $96747.95 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Transport & Civil Infrastructure Business Unit provides a range of maintenance and delivery relating to road assets, traffic management and street lighting; and infrastructure related to parking system assets. It provides timely and accurate advice and users better practice methods and procedures while developing new and innovative solutions to problems in a cost effective and environmentally sustainable manner. The Transport & Civil Infrastructure Business Unit delivers the following services:

• Maintenance & Construction of Civil Infrastructure
• Traffic and Transport Planning
• Asset Management & Planning
• Community Transport, Parking, Fleet and Stores
• Business Operations

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 

1. Supervise civil maintenance crews undertaking work on Council Civil Infrastructure Assets including footpaths, roads, drainage and associated infrastructure
2. Undertake planning and resourcing of plant, labour and materials to successfully deliver maintenance works in accordance with council standards and approved budgets
3. Ensure staff are appropriately trained and qualified to undertake designated work including appropriate WHS controls
4. Identify & prioritise competing customer requests to deliver on time and within approved budgets.
