About the Opportunity
Are you a finance professional ready to step into an exciting partner role and drive impactful change in a fast paced organisation?
We’re looking for a proactive financial professional to partner with stakeholders, providing insights and guidance to promote a culture of financial accountability. This role will require you to collaborate with budget owners to develop financial acumen across the organisation and assist in preparing business cases for major financial decisions. You'll be involved in monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, variance analysis, and the preparation of financial statements.
A focus on process improvement and driving efficiency is key. The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified in accounting or financial management, with Council experience experience considered desirable, along with expertise finance business partnering. Independent, strong decision making skills, and effective communication with stakeholders are essential for success in this fast paced environment.

Remuneration
$96,213 - $110,645 per annum plus superannuation
