The role & you
We are looking for an enthusiastic Fleet Officer to join our team where you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the seamless operation of our fleet management processes (administration and systems focus) . If you excel in all things admin and are proficient with systems and software applications, we want to hear from you.
In this dynamic role, you will take charge of maintaining accurate data across our systems, managing the procurement of fleet assets and services, and raising work orders for fleet maintenance. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in reporting accidents and incidents to the Council’s risk and claims team, generating insightful vehicle reports, coordinating registrations and renewals, and processing monthly fuel transactions.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You should possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
