Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position

CASUAL FRONT OF HOUSE SUPPORT - (ARTS & MUSEUM)

The purpose of the Front of House Casuals is to assist with the day to day operation, administration of the Griffith Regional Theatre, Griffith Regional Art Gallery and Pioneer Park Museum in accordance with operational requirements. Successful applicants will become part of a pool of casual staff.

Duties may include – Theatre box office cashier, bar service, food service, theatre ushering, front counter at Pioneer Park or Gallery, cleaning and other duties as required.

This position requires availability for day shifts Monday to Friday.

Qualifications: The successful applicant must hold a responsible service of alcohol certificate.

Knowledge & Skills: Computer and administration skills desirable

To be considered for this position applicants must have a current NSW Working with Children Check Clearance Number for employment screening purposes.

Hours of work: Spread of hours 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Sunday. 

Salary and conditions: Commencement ordinary hourly rate $37.0210 (inclusive of casual loading)

Penalty rates for any weekend work (Grade 5).
