As a Greenkeeper, you'll have the opportunity to prepare and maintain some of the best sporting grounds and facilities in regional NSW. With a blend of field experience and greenkeeping expertise you'll support local sporting opportunities in your community creating an environment for all to thrive. From football fields and cricket pitches to athletics tracks and netball courts you'll be part of a dedicated team working to provide these exceptional facilities to your community, whilst at the same time cultivating a fulfilling career and lifestyle.
You'll work with a great team to:
- Provide Sporting Facilities services in accordance with Agreed Briefs and Maintenance Service Levels
- Provide quality sporting field preparation including turf management, asset maintenance and irrigation maintenance
- Respond to public enquiries, complaints and requests
- Lead a small team when required
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Greenkeeping Trade Certificate or Certificate III Greenkeeping/Horticulture
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation of regional sporting facilities and turf cricket pitches
- Experience and the ability to lead, direct and supervise small team of plant operators, greenkeeping assistants and apprentices/ trainees
- Experience in irrigation scheduling, maintenance and installation
- Demonstrated experience in weed management
- Class C drivers licence
We would also love you to have:
- WHS Induction for Construction Work ticket and Traffic Controllers and Implement traffic Control Plan tickets
- Further studies in Greenkeeping or associated field

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $65,812 to $76,484.
