Groundsperson Open Space Maintenance

 

  • Salary $58,733.48 to $68,112.72 p/a + super
  • 38 hours per week/9 day fortnight
  • Beautiful Ku-ring-gai Location

Located 16 km’s north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales’ most attractive natural environments.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Supervisor Parks Maintenance, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Small tree pruning and removal
  • Planting, fertilising and weed control
  • Turf maintenance including mowing, laying and edging
  • Rubbish removal and litter pick up including storm damage clean up

 

Qualifications, skills & experience:

  • Construction Induction (White Card) (or willingness to obtain)
  • Class C Driver’s Licence
  • MR Drivers Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in Open Space Maintenance and horticultural maintenance
