Your Role as an HR Business Partner

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced HR Business Partner with a flair for innovative thinking, change management and data analysis? Are you someone who handles challenging situations head-on with diplomacy, emotional insight and a proactive approach? Are you as passionate about HR as we are? We would love to hear from you!

As HR Business Partner, you will think outside the box, seeking creative ways to problem-solve and continuously improve processes and procedures. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, providing guidance and support referring to policies and legislation, and take pride in witnessing positive outcomes for our people-related initiatives. 

Who We Are Looking For

Your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships will be essential in driving success and making a real impact in this role.

To be successful in this position candidates must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and equivalent experience.
  • A current Driver’s Licence.
  • Significant experience in providing HR guidance and business partnering within complex industrial environments.
  • Proven track record in change management, facilitation, organisational design and people leader coaching.
  • Ability to interpret and advise on employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong planning and resource management skills, with the capability to navigate changing environments effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to fostering effective strategic relationships.

  • Hours of work: Temporary (12 months) full-time 35 hours per week with option of 19-day month with flex-time arrangement.
