  • Picton location
  • Temporary Full-Time up until July 2025 with possible extension
  • Salary from $1680.02 to $1948.95 per week + 11.5% Superannuation
  • Hybrid working arrangements

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Support Officer within our People and Wellbeing Team.  In this role, you will provide support to the HR Services Team and the wider People and Wellbeing Section to  ensure the delivery of high-level customer service. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:

  • Experience in providing high level administrative support in a confidential environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key human resource functions, including onboarding and recruitment.
  • Ability to collect, collate and analyse data and produce reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and achieve performance objectives.
  • Ability to be conscious of budgetary constraints and cost implications of their own work.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of and administration of human resource management information systems.
