The Mid-Western Region is located in NSW, around 3 hours from Sydney. As the Mid-Western Region continues to grow and prosper at a steady rate, Council has an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Officer.

Working with the HR Coordinator who will mentor you through recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and industrial relations.

What You can offer

The salary range being offered for this full-time position is $2,892-$3,741 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to an annual salary of $75,197-$97,289 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience).

You will be adaptable, ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment whilst working in a collaborative and supportive team where variety and challenge is the norm.

You are looking for the opportunity to expand into Local Government and make use of your current qualifications and/or experience (Certificate IV in HR or similar qualification/ experience) and have a strong generalist HR background.

You think outside the box and are pro-active and enjoy advising, assisting and coaching Managers and Supervisors.
