ICT Project Officer

Working as part of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) team, you are responsible for managing and implementing organisational-wide ICT projects.  You will partner with teams across the City to develop scope of works, tender specifications and product requirements. It is essential that you foster a culture where best practice and continuous improvement is embraced.

To perform well in this role, you will require highly developed skills in project management, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, while also being able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.  You possess a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology and/or Commerce and a current and valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.  An accredited qualification in Project Management such as Prince2 is desirable.

To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:

  1. Highly developed skills in project management
  2. High level written and verbal communication skills
  3. Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology and/or Commerce or demonstrated capacity to progress towards achieving these qualifications

 

This position offers a gross salary of $99,138 per annum, and:

  • 11.5% superannuation plus the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
