About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Digital Innovation, Information and Technology Team for an experienced Information Management Officer. Reporting to the GIS and Information Management Coordinator, this position is responsible for providing efficient and effective Information Management services across Council.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their competency in the following essential experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in a records/information management environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in maintaining records using an electronic records and document management system.
  • Ability to be provide professional advice and services to internal/external customers on matters which are typically straightforward/routine but from time to time may involve some complexity.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
  • Ability to analyse situations having elements of complexity using judgement to select from alternatives and achieve performance objectives with minimum supervision
