Description
Council’s Internal Communications Coordinator plays a key role in engaging and informing staff across the organisation. Tasks include:
- The development of internal publications
- Management of intranet content and the implementation of a new staff intranet
- Providing advice and assistance to staff and managers across the organisation relating to internal communications
- Working with internal services to promote the milestones of priority projects
- The development of internal communications strategies in line with Council’s priority projects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to exercise sound judgement in dealing with complex communication issues. Demonstrated experience in website platform management, digital content management, and web accessibility. The ability to build and maintain effective internal business relationships, including consulting and liaising with a range of people in a professional manner.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $93,634 gross per annum
+11.5% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
