Irrigation Officer

Join Tweed Shire Council and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our community spaces. This position involves using the Council’s Record Management System to ensure documentation aligns with organisational standards while delivering high-quality irrigation services across Council-controlled Community Parks, Sports Fields, Road Reserves, Streetscapes, and Cemeteries. 

This role requires a thorough understanding of the irrigation industry and a commitment to contributing to a safe, efficient, collaborative work environment.

About the role:

We are seeking:

• Certificate III in Irrigation.
• Practical experience working in irrigation installation, repairs, and maintenance.
• Current Vehicle Licence - MR.
• Proficiency in using computer-based applications and retrieving relevant data.

Where it's located:

This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
