IT Project Manager – Cyber Program

  • Fulltime Fixed Term Contract for 18 months

  • 35hr week, Salary $108,863 - $121,927 + 11.5% Superannuation

About the role

The IT Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects within the cyber program, ensuring compliance with Bayside Council project management framework.

They work to manage project scope, budgets, and timelines, while also leading project teams and communicating with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and informed about project progress and risks.

About you

The Project Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Manage successful project delivery of technology projects aligned to an established roadmap and project management framework.
  • Provide a productive, results-oriented, safe and collaborative work environment, promoting and modelling high standards of conduct and behaviour.
  • Setting clear expectations, performance standards, values and behaviours that are integral to the fabric of an outstanding organisation.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate resources to ensure outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, tolerances, and to high standards.
  • Manage changes and risks/issues involved with project delivery.
  • Deliver regular executive level status reporting on project progress.
  • Preferably have experience leading cybersecurity projects
