  • Salary: $66,494 - $74,738 p.a. plus 11.5% Super
  • Flexible work arrangements including working from home and flexitime

About the role
This is a permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm position working 35 hours per week. Located at the Nowra Administration Building. Works as part of our friendly and supportive IT team to provide accurate and efficient IT support services to Council's staff.

Duties
Reporting directly to the IT Service Delivery Coordinator, the focus of this position is to:

  • Provide 1st Level Technical Support to Council staff through face to face, email, telephone, and remote management.
  • Deliver services in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Log all support incidents and service requests in the IT Service Desk and maintain accurate records of actions taken to resolve/complete in the Service Desk Database.
  • Manage IT equipment loans in Service Desk loan register.
  • Working within a collaborative Service Desk Team to provide proactive rather than reactive outcomes.
  • Maintain user accounts (Active Directory and other Council systems)
  • Provision and maintain staff door access and ID cards.
  • Maintain IT assets within asset register/asset management systems

Skills & Experience
In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • Information Technology Certificate IV or equivalent relevant experience demonstrating knowledge of theory and processes.
  • Current Class C Driver’s License
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
