SALARY: $1,438.47 - 1,647.86 pw + Super
Work Type: Permanent Full Time

An opportunity has arisen to join our Property Services team in the position of Junior Property Officer. Reporting to the Team Leader Property Services you will join a small team of property professionals where you will be exposed to an array of property matters. Your savvy administration skills coupled with exposure to the property industry will see you thrive in this fast paced and rewarding role.

Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration, legal, property or a similar field
- Appropriate level of experience working with property administration and/or legal services functions
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to draft correspondence
- Current drivers' licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience in Local Government
- Previous experience in dealing with property matters involving leases, licences and acquisitions
- Proficiency in the use of Authority, TRIM and mapping systems
