Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Infrastructure Services to work within our Urban Works and Parks and Open Spaces Teams.
- Permanent Full-Time– 38 hours per week, rotating roster.
- Location - Moree
- Attractive Salary ranging from $1,004.15 up to $1,117.65 per week (PLUS Superannuation) depending on qualifications and experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Labourer roles will be required to
- Provide safe and reliable access to Moree Plains Shire to satisfy the economic and social needs of the community.
- Provide a neat and tidy image and promote Moree Plains Shire Council in a positive manner.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023.

ABOUT YOU
Council is looking for someone who has the following qualities, experience and/or qualifications:
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve set outcomes and practice positive communication.
- Is committed to Work, Health and Safety principles applying these in all aspects of your daily work.
- Provides a high quality of works and demonstrating this consistently.
- Be adaptable and willing to multitask plus willing to learn a variety of tasks.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster which involves weekend, early morning and late evening shifts and public holidays.
- General Construction Induction card.
- Current NSW Provisional or Class C Driver’s Licence (Manual)
