Your Role: Make a Difference Every Day!
As a Labourer in our Open Space Operations unit, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance and enhancement of our horticultural assets. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced horticultural staff and engage with the community.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. From applying horticultural chemicals to performing essential WHS and risk assessments, your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our operational goals.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work! If you have a passion for horticulture and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you.
- Essential: NSW WHS General Induction Card (White Card).
- Desirable: Certificate II in Horticulture or related fields, chainsaw certification, and Chemcert qualification.
- Experience operating horticultural equipment and understanding of WHS practises.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and the public.

- Package: $53,000 - $56,000 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week 9 day fortnight.
