About The Role

The Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner plays a critical role in partnering with various business units to design, develop, and implement learning solutions and organisational development initiatives that align with the strategic goals.

This role requires proactive stakeholder engagement to gain insights into the learning and organisational development needs across the organisation, aiming to enhance employee and leadership capabilities while improving engagement and retention rates.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Learning and Organisational Development and demonstrate the ability to create impactful solutions.

  • University degree in Human Resources, Training, Organisational Development, or a related field is essential.
  • Extensive experience in Learning and Organisational Development roles with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop effective training programs and facilitate workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all organisational levels.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate strong project management capabilities, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work collaboratively in both independent and team settings. Adaptability in a changing environment and a focus on continuous improvement are key traits that will contribute to the success in this role.

  • Package: $104,345 - $122,876 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full-Time 35 hours per week with the option of a 19-day month.
