About the Role

You will be responsible for the provision of quality customer service at Lane Cove Library

About You

The successful candidate will have a:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to refer matters to senior staff on duty as appropriate.
  • Willingness and ability to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Salary range –Up to $74K per annum (pro rata) (incl super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
