The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to undertake the maintenance and repairs of sewerage pipeline systems utilising CCTV technologies to identify recognised health, environmental and BVSC standards.
As a Maintenance Officer, you will participate in the delivery of planned and scheduled maintenance activities Provide support in implementation programs related planning and delivery of pipeline repair and renewal projects. You will provide data to update Asset Management registers, confirm works completion records and works executed register.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds their NWP40120 Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations or other relevant qualifications and has five (5) years’ relevant work experience. (Indicative)
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated high-level project management skills including the ability to work independently and to be able to complete multiple projects within budgets and timeframes.
- Demonstrated skills in the setup and use of CCTV equipment used for pipeline inspections and evaluation of data for pipeline condition.
- Knowledge of hydraulic principles of Water and Wastewater systems, including the ability to interpret maps and plans.
- Demonstrated Supervisory skills and experience in managing and directing contractors.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of a personal computer and the associated use of Microsoft software packages including mapping software and maintenance record software.
Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $92,286.77 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,591.70 per week base salary
- $183.05 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
