Location: Pymble, NSW
Salary: Band 9 with TRP Range $188,189.42 - $224,157.65 (package includes super & car)
Work Type: Full Time, Permanent

Public Sector People is delighted to be recruiting for a Manager Assets & Technical Services to join Ku-ring-gai Council. This senior role offers a rare opportunity to lead a large and diverse team responsible for the management of civil, open space, fleet, building and tree assets.
About the Role:
- You will lead a team of over 25 staff across a broad portfolio and be accountable for:
- Strategic and financial management of Council’s asset portfolio
- Implementation of asset improvement and renewal plans
- Governance, reporting, and long-term financial planning
- Driving a high-performance culture and operational efficiency
- Oversight of tree management, fleet and open space compliance
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management or similar
- Proven experience managing a diverse asset portfolio
- Strategic planning and operational reform experience
- High-level people leadership and governance capabilities
- Ability to engage across Council, community and contractors
