Salary Ranging from $155,071.28 - $180,217.44 per annum + 11.5% Superannuation (Depending on Experience and Qualifications relevant to the role)

Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Business Management or Property with a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven extensive, innovative and facilitative leadership which develops and stimulates a high performing Team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in development and implementation of strategic and business plans, guidelines, policies and procedures in accordance with the relevant legislation and professional standards.
- Demonstrated high level skills in strategic investigation/analysis, reporting and excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- The proven ability to develop and foster practical and beneficial relationships to provide excellence in both internal and external customer service and lead, improve and motivate organisational culture.
- Demonstrated contemporary experience in project and contract management.
- Demonstrated capacity to operate in a political environment.
- Current Drivers Licence (Class C)
