Title: Manager, Construction & Maintenance, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Transport and Civil Infrastructure is responsible for the provision, management and maintenance of civil infrastructure and the delivery of transport, traffic and civil infrastructure services.
Transport and Civil Infrastructure has both internal and external clients and provides service across a range of functional areas including:
- Transport Network Planning
- Transport and Civil Infrastructure Asset Management
- Parking Operations and Community Transport
- Construction and Maintenance of Civil Infrastructure
- Plant, Fleet and Stores Management
- Business Operations

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
- To provide leadership, facilitate and monitor the efficient achievement of Maintenance and Construction Teams outcome and projects, ensuring services delivered meet plans and service agreement requirements. Ensuring all works are conducted in safe and efficient manner.
- Remain customer focused, constant with Councils objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with various teams in Council and contribute to a positive workplace culture with the team.

We’re looking for a people-orientated and positive leader to join our team. You’ll bring your extensive knowledge and experience in leading a service team passionate about making a difference to our community and addressing our after hours response needs.
