As the Manager Project
Management Office, you’ll find purpose and impact by being responsible for the
coordination and establishment of best practice project management across the
organisation for both capital and operational projects. Make an impact by
facilitating strong governance and communication, shared knowledge and strong
management of data and reporting.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Establishing a robust Project Management
Framework. - Developing processes for effective
monitoring of project budgets, contract management and communication to
stakeholders. - Managing overall direction, coordination
and evaluation of procurement for Council. - Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Degree qualification in
Business, Project Management, Commerce or related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in
Project Management, Business or Financial management. - Highly developed
leadership, planning and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated business
acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to provide high quality business
and financial advice across a multiple disciplinary team. - High level organisational
skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects. - Staff management experience
and strong communications skills with demonstrated ability to build and
maintain positive, cooperative and productive relationships across all
stakeholders.
We would also love you to have:
- The ability to undertake
complex feasibility and economic analysis, and provide high order advice to
Council.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $135,018 to $182,673. A leaseback vehicle is also available.
